Description:
This lesson describes the development of the current U.S. legal system and identifies types of laws and key legal terms. The role of security officers is a point of emphasis, including officers’ obligations within the law and ways in which liability can be reduced.
Objectives:
RECALL the development of the current U.S. Legal system.
IDENTIFY types of laws and key legal terms.
RECALL ways in which security officers fulfill their obligations within the law and reduce liability.
A minimum score of 70 is required to pass a test or graded assignment. Successful completion of all content, test and/or written assignments, and surveys is required to earn CEUs.
