Description:
This lesson examines the components of an interview and the security officer’s role in conducting interviews as part of the investigative process. Techniques for interviewing witnesses, victims, and suspects, as well as the importance of proper communication, are also discussed.
Objectives:
IDENTIFY the elements of interviewing.
RECALL the interview process.
A minimum score of 70 is required to pass a test or graded assignment. Successful completion of all content, test and/or written assignments, and surveys is required to earn CEUs.
