Description:
This lesson provides an overview of fire prevention, detection, and response with a special focus on how it relates to the role of security personnel. Types of fires, extinguishing and containment methods, and effective fire plans are also examined.
Objectives:
IDENTIFY fire basics and fire detection methods.
RECALL fire types and extinguishing methods.
RECALL fire containment, fire plans, and specialized dangers.
A minimum score of 70 is required to pass a test or graded assignment. Successful completion of all content, test and/or written assignments, and surveys is required to earn CEUs.
