Description:
This lesson examines the importance of effective communication in the security profession and the essential elements involved in effective communication. Proper use of various communication devices is also discussed.
Objectives:
IDENTIFY the essentials of effective communication.
RECALL proper use of communication devices.
A minimum score of 70 is required to pass a test or graded assignment. Successful completion of all content, test and/or written assignments, and surveys is required to earn CEUs.
