Description:
This lesson examines the mentality of a bomber and the ways in which security officers should respond to threats or violence. The danger of evacuation and the need for effective crisis communication when responding to a critical incident are also discussed.
Objectives:
IDENTIFY the mentality of a bomber.
RECALL the danger of evacuation and the need for effective crisis communications.
A minimum score of 70 is required to pass a test or graded assignment. Successful completion of all content, test and/or written assignments, and surveys is required to earn CEUs.
