Description:
This lesson describes professionalism and etiquette when work involves public relations, including dealing with cultural differences, disabled people, and the media.
Objectives:
RECALL guidelines for dealing with diverse individuals, including those with disabilities.
RECALL guidelines for protection officer dealings with the media.
A minimum score of 70 is required to pass a test or graded assignment. Successful completion of all content, test and/or written assignments, and surveys is required to earn CEUs.
